Our mission is to provide safe, effective, CrossFit training to the men and women of the Air Station, and other USCG units around the New Orleans area. We provide free, certified CrossFit training to help USCG members and their dependents meet their fitness goals. No matter where you fall on the continuum of health and fitness, we can guide you to achievement of your fitness goals.

All participation in CrossFit Overtorque programming is voluntary and scalable. The goal of our WODs is to meet you at your current level of fitness and bring you to a higher level of personal performance. With that in mind - know your limits when engaging in our programming and check your ego at the door.
