We got a new Rope, thanks to the guys in PW.

Strength: 
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes one 15 FT rope climb. 

WOD: 
5 Rounds 
5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift (1.5 x Body Weight)
Muslce Ups

Substitute Ring Dips and Pull-ups for Muscle Ups.
