Strength WOD:

Hang Snatch:  5 sets of 3 reps at 75% of one rep max.

WOD:
21-15-9
Back Squats (225lbs)
Weighted Ring Dips (45lbs)

Substitute weight as necessary, but the workout should be heavy.
