100 Double-Unders - 1 Thruster (95 lbs/ 65 lbs) 
90 Double-Unders - 2 Thrusters 
80 Double-Unders - 3 Thrusters 
70 Double-Unders - 4 Thrusters 
60 Double-Unders - 5 Thrusters 
50 Double-Unders - 6 Thrusters 
40 Double-Unders - 7 Thrusters 
30 Double-Unders - 8 Thrusters 
20 Double-Unders - 9 Thrusters 
10 Double-Unders - 10 Thrusters 

If you cannot do double-unders, just do singles.
